The Bread Factory
Converting warehouse space into a fully operational bakery facility.
We converted an existing warehouse into a fully operational food production facility for The Bread Factory. The project required careful planning, site management and delivery across a wide range of specialist works, from civil engineering and groundworks through to hygienic finishes and production-ready spaces.
The scope included stainless steel kerbing, wall protection, PVC hygienic cladding, food-safe insulated walls and ceilings, personnel doors, chiller doors, automated doors, resin flooring and coved finishes. Existing amenities were also recommissioned as part of the wider programme.
With responsibility for managing the majority of the construction works, Parnaby helped bring structure and control to a complex conversion. The project was delivered on time and under budget, enabling the client to begin bakery production quickly and with confidence.
