What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, project type and any message content. If you apply for a role by email we hold your CV and covering correspondence.
How we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project or assess your job application. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Job applications are held for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us at sales@lmparnaby.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
