Project Manager
Manage the day-to-day delivery of construction projects, coordinating design, subcontractors and client teams to programme and budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project programmes, resources and budgets.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Report progress, risks and commercial performance to senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards on site.
Requirements
- 5+ years' project management experience in construction.
- Experience delivering projects £2m–£10m.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and a full UK driving licence.
