Quantity Surveyor
Manage the commercial performance of construction projects, from procurement and subcontractor management through to final account.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets and forecasts.
- Procure and administer subcontract packages.
- Value and certify works, manage variations and agree final accounts.
- Support project managers with commercial reporting and risk management.
Requirements
- 3+ years' quantity surveying experience with a main contractor or consultancy.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; MRICS desirable.
- Strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
- Full UK driving licence.
